Anyone with base access is invited to swim at NRC Solomons' Riverside Aquatics Complex on Friday, Aug. 16 from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. for free, courtesy of CMWR! The facility features 4 pools (including a toddler splash pool & diving pool!), water slide and refreshment stand.

Trunks Needed for 'Trunk or Treat'

Volunteers are needed to decorate trunks for MWR Community Recreation's 'Trunk or Treat' event on Friday, Oct. 25. Businesses, Commands, individuals, families and friends are needed to make this event - one of MWR's largest of the year - a success. Candy will be provided!

Extended Hours at Pax River Outdoor Pool Aug. 13-20

To gauge demand for future summer pool seasons, the Pax River Outdoor Pool will have extended morning hours Aug. 13-20. The pool will open at 9:30 a.m. (instead of 11 a.m.) Tuesday-Sunday (closed Monday) during that week only. It will close at. 7 p.m. as usual. The pool is open to all with base access!
