Kick off Suicide Prevention Awareness at the Navy Exchange on Sept. 3 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. for chalking the walk, food trucks and resources.
The Fleet & Family Support Center staff, Command Suicide Prevention Coordinators and team members will be assisting with chalking the walkway of the Navy Exchange with inspirational messages of hope and positivity.
Because sleep is a significant protective factor in suicide prevention, the Fleet & Family Support Center will give away 35 Queen-sized BeautyRest/BeautySleep mattresses to the first Active Duty members/dependents who register at the Fleet & Family Support Center table at the event.
Free event; food will be available for purchase. Open to all with base access!
