Rassieur Youth Center


Due to current enrollment, open registration will not be held for the School Age Center and Kindergarten programs for School Year 2018-2019.
If you are interested in care for School Year 2018-2019, please complete a wait list packet. This packet can be picked up at any either the Youth Center or CDC Building 2030.

The Rassieur Youth Center provides school age children, ages 5-17, with a fun and educational place to call their own. The Youth Center is home to Boys and Girls Club of America programs as well as 4H programs. Before school and after school programs are available. Programs are age appropriate with both Teen and Youth events planned.

Teen Program
The Youth Center offers a time for teens only every evening from 4:30-7 p.m. to play billiards, video games (rated Teens Xbox and Nintendo), computer lab and ping pong.
The Youth Center provides opportunities for teen volunteerism in programs such as the Leaders in Training and Jr. Program Assistant program, service project opportunities, and some grant-funded employment opportunities. Teens may take part in Job Ready night, Career Launch, Goals for Graduation, all providing training and possible scholarship opportunities.

Smart Start
Start Smart Sports Development Program introduces and prepares 3 to 5-year-old children, along with their parent(s), to organized sports in a fun and safe environment. Kids develop skills such as throwing, catching, batting, and kicking. This free program is offered twice a year during a 6-week session to all patrons with base access. Classes will be held weekly. Existing CYP patrons register online at https://myffr.navyaims.com/ndwcyms.html. New patrons register at the Rassieur Youth Center from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. The set dates, time and location are TBA. Transportation from Lincoln Housing Communities to the Teen Center
