Join the Fitness team on Dec. 12 at the Drill Hall for a free 1-day class that will provide essential nutrition knowledge to help you make informed dietary choices to support optimal performance, readiness and overall well-being.
Class will be held from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. with a 1-hour break for lunch (on your own) and is open to Active Duty/dependents only
