Holiday Weight Maintenance Program

Challenge yourself to lose or maintain your weight during the calorie-filled holidays. Weigh-ins will be held weekly on Tuesdays, Nov. 18-Jan. 6. The program includes weight maintenance weekly tip sheets! Open to all with base access ages 16+.
