Memorial Day Holiday Hours Announced for MWR Facilities

Morale, Welfare and Recreation at NAS Patuxent River / NRC Solomons has announced hours of operation for Memorial Day, May 26.

Auto Skills Center: Closed (normally closed on Mondays)

Cedar Point Golf Course: Open 7 a.m.-Dusk 

Center Stage Coffee Shop: Closed (The Center Stage Coffee Shop also will be closed Friday, May 23.)

Community Recreation Office: Closed 

Drill Hall: Open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Usage of the Drill Hall is also permitted outside of normal operating hours (registration required). Click here for more information. (Starting May 27 at 8 p.m., after-hours access to the Drill Hall will be suspended until May 31 at 4 a.m. After-hours access will also be suspended June 4 starting at 8 p.m. until June 6 at 5 a.m. Access during staffed hours will be unaffected.)

Drill Hall Indoor Pool: Closed 

Flight Deck Lounge: Closed (normally closed on Mondays)

Liberty Center: Open 1-9 p .m.

MWR Administration Office: Closed 

NRC Solomons Administration Office: Closed 

NRC Solomons Adventure Zone: Open 10 a.m.-7 p.m.

NRC Solomons Lodging Office: Open 9 a.m.-6 p.m. 

NRC Solomons Riverside Aquatics Complex: Open 11 a.m.-7 p.m. 

NRC Solomons Riverside Beach: Open 11 a.m.-7 p.m.

Pax River Outdoor Pool: Open 11 a.m.-7 p.m. 

Strike Zone Bowling Center: Closed (The Strike Zone will reopen on June 10.)

West Basin Marina: Open 7 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
