- The buffet will no longer be available
- Daily “Blue Plate of the Day” will be offered, along with the River’s Edge menu
- Restaurant seating has been adjusted to less than 50% capacity
- Tables are placed 6ft apart to enforce social distancing
- Limited number of patrons at the cashier area with 6ft markers in effect
- All guests must wear a mask when entering, exiting and using the restrooms
- All staff will wear masks and gloves
- Enhanced cleaning and sanitation daily of all Dining Room and kitchen work surfaces/areas.
- The health of the employees will be closely monitored; all employees will take their temperature when entering the facility
- All employees have an updated sanitation class certificate
- One-time use disposable paper menus will be in service
- Condiments will be upon request and will be in single serve packets
Whether in a hangar, office or in our own ballroom or Dining Room, River’s Edge Catering and Conference Center can service your guests. The facility is equipped with a Ballroom accommodating up to 300 guests, Dining room accommodating 175 and a Pub with outside patio that can handle 70 or more.
The goal of the catering program is to provide excellent food and gracious service in a pleasant atmosphere. The catering staff is able to professionally cater any type of event, be it a wedding reception, retirement party or anniversary. The catering service is also an impressive way of hosting a conference, whether it convenes over a light breakfast, plentiful luncheon, or evening buffet.
The catering service offers a catering menu that covers breakfast items, hot, cold, and carved hors d’oeuvres, and numerous luncheon, dinner, and buffet entrees. The catering staff are happy to work with patrons to plan memorable occasions for the most special times in their lives.
Additional private dining can be arranged in our Ballroom. The Catering Manager would be happy to customize a menu, table arrangements and all the other details to provide your guests with the level of service and quality of food they deserve!
